The Jordan securities commission (JSC) has started applying the Directives of Regulating the Dealing of Financial Services Companies in Foreign Exchanges as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazett on 2/1/2020. The Directives were approved by the Jordan securities Commission`s Board of Commissioners on 27/11/2019 replacing the Directives of Regulating the Dealing of Financial Services Companies in Foreign Exchanges issued on 19/10/2017.
